For optimal skincare, Webecos has been the first choice of beauticians for many years. The name is derived from WEtenschappelijk BEreide COSmetica, which means ‘scientifically prepared cosmetics’.
Our cosmetics are distinguished by the vegetable origin of their active ingredients and Webecos has a whole range of products - enough to provide optimal face and skincare.
All of our products are hypoallergenic and not tested on animals.
To accompany the skincare line, Webecos also has a decorative line with the same name. These products are also vegetable-based, with ingredients such as Aloe Vera and vitamin E.
webecos Cleansing
The basis for effective skincare is daily skin cleansing. For
the active ingredients in the skincare products to take effect, the skin
first needs to be
cleansed of any makeup and dirt. Webecos has a wide range
of cleansing products for every type of skin. You can choose from a gel,
milk, cream
or foam, depending on your personal preference and
skin type. After thoroughly cleansing your skin, you can refresh it using
lotion, such as blossom lotion, which is invigorating, perfumed face water
that has been prepared using orange blossom,
camomile
and other vegetable extracts. Or if you your skin is more sensitive you
could opt for the
Azulen lotion, which soothes and softens the skins.
webecos Deep cleansing
After cleansing the skin's surface, you could apply a deep
skin cleanser such as a Supersoft peeling once or twice a week
(depending on your skin type). This soft scrub gets rid of dead skin cells,
which improves your skin's ability to absorb oxygen and stimulates
the generation of new skin cells.
webecos Masks
You should use a mask once a week to complete you skincare
routine. The masks are available as either a cream or a gel.
Ask your own beautician for advice about the best product for your skin.
The Hydrovital gel mask, for example, is a wonderful mask
based on plancental extracts, which will rehydrate and regenerate your skin.
This mask is recommended for mature skin (weakened tissue).
webecos Care and protection
The use of day and night creams are recommended to protect
the outer layer of your skin, as part of your daily skincare routine,
and as a way to prevent dehydration. Webecos has a wide range of skincare
products from which your own beautician will help you choose.
One of our best products for this purpose is Vitavocol, which
is a penetrating, hydrating emulsion that contains vitamins B and E,
as well as wheat germ and avocado oils. This emulsion provides your skin
with optimal care and protection.
webecos Bath and shower cosmetics
Two great products for in the shower or bath are Webecos'
Bath & Shower gel and Bath oil. These products leave your skin feeling
fantastic
and include ingredients such as rosewood oil, which prevents your skin from
drying out.
After your shower or bath you can apply body milk, which is a special
emulsion for your skin.
webecos Sun cosmetics
Webecos has a sun skincare range that protects the skin from
the sun's harmful rays. Our non-greasy factor 4 Sun cream is especially for
the face
and our Parasol sun milk - factors 6, 12 and 20 - are for both the face and
body. This sun protection also promotes the formation of new pigment.
You should use our gentle after sun to soothe your skin after you have been
in the sun.
webecos Hand and nail products
The skin on your hands also needs to be protected and looked
after. Our delightful hand cream with avocado oil and witch hazel extract
keeps
the skin soft and supple.
webecos Cosmetics for men
Webecos has a number of products that are especially
recommended for men's skin. For example, Cleansing foam for daily cleansing
and
Gentian lotion to freshen up. The witch hazel lotion can also be used by men
as an aftershave and the Soft peeling scrub cleanses deep into the
pores, while the Aloe Vera cream mask and Seaweed gel mask rehydrate and
revitalise the skin. The Vitavocol or Azulen creams can also be used
to soothe irritated skin and the Hydraderm gel can be used as an effective
way to regulate the skin's moisture levels.
webecos Specific skin problems
Sometimes special skincare treatments are needed for problems
such as acne, cellulite or eczema. Webecos has also developed a range
of products for such problems. Cleansing and skincare products have been
developed especially for acne and our Lippossage cream with
slimming and draining properties is ideal for the treatment of cellulite.
